Three organizations have teamed to pesent the first internationl biennale that showcases the impact of weather on the human experience through painting, works on paper and photography.
‘Fashion as Art’
February’s exhibit at JRB Art at The Elms Art Gallery will feature a female illustrator, painter and curator of a Pop Up Millinery Shop. The exhibit begins Feb. 1 and continues through Feb. 24.
