2016 Sunday Twilight Concerts

7:30-9:00pm At the Great Lawn Stage in the Myriad Gardens

OKLAHOMA CITY – This summer, Arts Council Oklahoma City’s Sunday Twilight Concert Series, presented by Devon, invites music lovers of all ages to free, family-friendly concerts at the Myriad Gardens. Join us for an evening of alternative pop music. You don’t want to miss this!

This year’s lineup, which is subject to change, is as follows:

July 17 Hannah Wolff – pop
July 24 JAH Mystics – reggae
July 31 Susan Herndon & Sky Smeed – singer/songwriters
Aug. 7 Moetowne Alex – Motown
Aug. 14 Mountain Smoke – bluegrass
Aug. 21 Orquesta D’Calle – salsa
Aug. 28 Built for Speed – covers
Sept. 4 The Notionaries – indie pop
Sept. 11 Meanstreak – rock/pop rock covers
Sept. 18 Al Good Orchestra – big band
Sept. 25 Shortt Dogg – funk/r&b

The concerts take place from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on the Great Lawn Stage at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and picnics; however pets, smoking and glass containers are prohibited.

“We’re happy to add to the quality of life in our community with Twilight Concerts for families and friends of all ages,” said Christina Rehkop, manager of community relations for Devon Energy. “Again this summer, downtown Oklahoma City will be a fun place for all to enjoy.”
