The Paseo Grill turns 5 years old this July and is celebrating in numerical style, with a mouth-watering, five-course prix fixe dinner for $50. 

Naturally, the birthday dinner is available for only five days, from Tuesday, July 12, to Saturday, July 16.

In the five years since opening its doors July 10, 2006, the Paseo Grill has earned recognition as one of Oklahoma’s finest restaurants. It is one of only two establishments in the state ranked by as among the top 50 American-cuisine restaurants in the U.S.

Paseo Grill owners Joe Jungmann and Lesley Rawlinson said it has been an outstanding five years, and they look forward to many more.

“We’ve been in the restaurant world for a long time, and there is truly something special about what we’ve done here at the Paseo Grill,” Jungmann said.

“We have an incredibly dedicated and hardworking staff, and the Paseo community can’t be beat. More than anything, though, the Paseo Grill wouldn’t be what it is without the loyalty and friendship of our wonderful guests.”

The prix fixe menu prepared by Head Chef Jason Heald is:

  • Course 1 – Shrimp & Mango Ceviche — Shrimp, Tomato, Poblano, Mango, Yellow Bell Pepper, Cilantro, Avocado
  • Course 2 – Grilled Summer Vegetables — Eggplant, Portobello & Scallion with Smoked Grape Tomato & Romesco; finished with Shaved Parmesan
  • Course 3 – Wild Chinook Salmon — “King Salmon” wrapped in Shoestring Potatoes with Dijonaise and Down South Slaw.
  • Course 4 – Herbed Veal Tenderloin — Herb-Crusted Center Cut Veal Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Demi and Twice-Baked Baby Potato
  • Course 5 – 100 Year-Old Tres Leches — Tres Leches with Summer Berries and Gran Marnier Whipped Cream
