Scrooge Returns to Lyric’s Stage in Brand New Production

OKLAHOMA CITY — October 5, 2016 — Oklahoma’s favorite holiday tradition, LYRIC’S A CHRISTMAS CAROL presented by Devon Energy, returns next month to the Plaza District with a brand new set, dazzling new costumes and a Broadway performer taking on the role of Ebenezer Scrooge.

“Charles Dickens’ story stands the test of time as the greatest holiday story in the modern English language,” said Michael Baron, Lyric’s producing artistic director. “LYRIC’S A CHRISTMAS CAROL has already become a holiday tradition, now in its sixth year.
