OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 2012) – Oklahoma’s fast growing lifestyle and entertainment publication, ionOklahoma Online, aims to find the next generation of leaders in Oklahoma. The 2nd annual 30/30 Next Gen will recognize 30 innovative, creative and inspiring individuals, age 30 or under, who are pushing the boundaries in the arts, entertainment, business, media, sports, technology and many more areas.

“We are seeking nominations for individuals that can build on last year’s class of outstanding recipients,” said ionOklahoma Online publisher Don Swift. “Oklahoma is full of successful young people positively impacting their communities who deserve recognition.”

A panel of business and civic leaders will serve as judges who will select only the top 30 from submitted nominations. The 30/30 Next Gen awards celebration, hosted by ionOklahoma Online, is set for the evening of Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at the Petroleum Club of Downtown Oklahoma City.

The 30/30 Next Gen nomination forms are available at http://www.ionok.com/nominationform/ and can be completed and submitted online by the Aug. 31 deadline. Nominees must be 30 or under on Dec. 31, 2012, reside in Oklahoma, and demonstrate achievements in their profession and the community.
