Adam Webb, owner of Odisea Wine Company, will be at The Metro Wine Bar & Bistro (6418 N. Western) on Tuesday, May 20, for a four-course wine dinner. Five of Adam’s wines will be served with dinner, including his Odisea and Cochon labels. Dinner is $85 per person. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. Call 840-WINE (9463) for reservations or information. Clayton Bahr of Premium Brands and KC Ortega of The Wedge will be hosting the 5th annual Wedge on Western (4709 N. Western) Party on the Patio Rose Tasting on Tuesday, May 27. The cost is $20, which buys wine and pizza, and part of the proceeds will go to benefit Be The Change.
